Email support@readapptive.com. Please say which iPhone model and iOS version you are using, and what you were doing when the problem happened — it makes the cause much easier to find.
Before you write
Two details make almost any report easier to act on: your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you were doing immediately before the problem appeared. If the issue affects reading specifically, it also helps to know the text size you had set.
Requirements
ReadApptive is an iPhone app. Features that respond to your reading distance depend on the front-facing camera and are only available on iPhone models that support face tracking.
